4. Terms & Conditions


Provisional Booking of the Date

Once you’ve spoken to our Events Team and confirmed availability of the date we will provisionally hold the date for 14 days.

To secure a reservation, the Booking Form together with the Full Hire Fee must be returned within this period. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or BACS transfer.

A security deposit of £250 will also be taken at the time of booking. This will be returned or refunded at the end of the function providing no damage to Club premises has occurred or there is no additional specialist cleaning required to restore the clubhouse to pre party condition.

An invoice will be sent to you detailing all the payment methods along with the booking form.

50% of the estimated catering/special drinks orders must be paid within 4 weeks of the event. Confirmed numbers along with the final balance must be paid at least 1 week prior to the event.

Cancellation Fees
Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before the event will be charged 100% of the total Hire Fee. Cancellations between 1 and 4 weeks prior to the date of the function will be charged 50% of the total Hire Fee.

Catering / Special Drink Orders
Orders cancelled less than 1 week before the event will be charged 100% of all catering/special drink orders. Orders cancelled between 1 and 2 weeks will be dependent on any special orders made and cancellation charges will be agreed at the time of booking.
