Capacity
The Club House can accommodate 20-50 for a Seated Dinner, 40-80 for a Buffet (a mixture of seating and standing space) or 80-100 for a Canapé / Drinks Reception (standing only).

Coming of Age Parties
Due to previous unfortunate incidents we no longer hire the clubhouse for young adult Birthday Parties below 28 years old. this includes 18th and 21st Birthday parties.

Catering
Hirers may bring in their own food - hot and cold and external caterers are allowed to bring food onsite. There will be a small fee of £30 for the use of the kitchen as a basic preparation and warming area only. Please note - Food cannot be cooked on site.

Monday – Thursday Evening	Friday, Saturday & Sunday
£200 Members*, £200+ VAT Non-Members	£220 Members*, £220 + VAT non-members

*Member rates apply to those members of Teddington Rugby Club and Teddington Town Cricket Club who have properly completed the club’s subscription forms, are duly paid up Members, and are booking the clubhouse for their personal use.
