About the team
The Teddington RFC Colts are the combined age groups of U18 and U17 players, and the most senior team in TRFC junior rugby. The Teddington RFC Colts provide an important transition from junior rugby through to senior rugby. All players will get the opportunity to access the clubs strength and conditioning coaching program as well as the clubs weekly physio clinics.
As well as the regular league and friendly fixtures, there will be an opportunity, for those that wish, to participate in senior rugby matches in a safe and managed manner. Most importantly, as across the whole club, the priority will be to cater for players of all abilities, with the emphasis on giving everyone an opportunity to be the best they can be in a safe and fun environment.
