The Martin Stockham award is presented each year to a youth player who has consistently exhibited all the qualities that Teddington RFC closely stands by; loyalty, commitment, respect and pride in the club. This 2023/24 winner is Denis Emin Been who has played for the club from U6's through to finishing with the Colts last season. Denis has been an ever present throughout that time, always putting the team before himself.

The Jerry Anthony award is presented to the Junior Clubman of the Year. This goes to someone who gives up countless hours of their personal time to ensure that the club continues to tick smoothly along. The 2023/24 winner is Dean Sullivan who has managed his age group for many years. Dean's age group are now representing the clubs Colts section, so his journey through the youth system is almost complete.
