Recruiting new players

Published on behalf of Mike Tamblingson (TTCC)

If you weren't aware Teddington RFC share the clubhouse and ground with Teddington town cricket club. TTCC kicked off their own junior section 10 years ago, last year they started a U5s group which went very well, registration is also going well again for coming season.

TTCC have age groups from U10`s through to U15`s playing both league and friendly games, these age groups train & play during the week. The U9`s play friendly games when they are not training and those not playing on the day down to U6`s train on a Saturday morning. These sessions are held every Saturday morning from 16th April until mid - July from 10.00am until 11.30am.

The key being enjoyment and fun.

I know we are also starting to see a handful of boys playing for both sections which is fantastic.

There is period of try it first however the key is the registration form which must be completed before the child(s) can participate. Should cricket prove to be a success then the membership charge is £60 and £40 for siblings.

Please send the completed registration/profile form (ATTACHED) to to Ralph Meyer by return of email or by post to 137 Lincoln Avenue, Twickenham, TW2 6NJ.

The child protection policy and codes of conduct that the player profile form refers to can be found here: http://teddingtontown.play-cricket.com/website/web_pages/91214

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact myself of Ralph Meyer who is our head of junior cricket

Regards and thank you.
