The Teddington Lights Up! event on Thursday 28th November brought thousands of people including lots of Teddington Rugby Club families out on to the streets of Teddington to join the early fun and festivities of Christmas.
Players from our Women's Team provided Santa's Sleigh with Reindeer power and volunteers from our Mini Rugby Section handed out balloons.
High Street, Broad Street and Church Street were all sealed off as crowds sampled food and drinks and late-night shopping.
Choirs from the Landmark Arts Centre sang Christmas carols under the Xmas tree at the junction of Church Street and Broad Street and children from Sacred Heart School sang outside Shambles Wine bar.
There was an outside bar serving drinks in the car park of the King’s Head pub and live music later in the evening.
